These terms are between you and Premier UK Events Ltd (company number 07099826), trading as RouteSheet. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you work for.

The service

RouteSheet calculates driving distances and times between locations in a spreadsheet you upload, using Google Maps data. Results are estimates. Traffic-aware times are predictions based on historic traffic and real journeys will vary. Don't rely on them where accuracy is critical to safety.

Lookups and plans

• One lookup is one journey (one row) in a file you process.
• The free trial includes 5 lookups in total. One trial per person.
• Paid plans include a monthly allowance that resets each month. Unused lookups don't roll over.
• Rows that Google can't route still count as a lookup, because we pay Google for them.

Payment and cancelling

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, through Stripe. Prices exclude VAT. You can change or cancel your plan at any time from your account; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part periods except where the law requires it. We'll give at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

Fair use

Don't share accounts, try to get around the allowance, resell results as a competing service, or upload anything unlawful. We can suspend accounts that do.

Your data

You keep ownership of your spreadsheets and results. See the privacy notice for how we handle data.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in that period.

General

We may update these terms and will email you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
