RouteSheet is run by Premier UK Events Ltd (company number 07099826), Unit 2 Rookery Lane, Thurmaston, Leicester LE4 8AU. We're the controller for your account details. For the spreadsheets you upload, we act on your instructions as a processor. Questions: routesheet@premier-ltd.com.

Your spreadsheets

We don't store them. A file is read in memory, the origin and destination in each row are sent to Google to work out the route, and the finished file comes straight back to your browser. Nothing from the file is written to our database or logs. All we record is how many lookups you used and when, so we can apply your plan's allowance.

If your spreadsheet contains personal data (home postcodes, for example), you're responsible for having a lawful basis to process it. Only include the columns you need.

Your account

• Your email address, to sign you in and to contact you about your account.
• Your plan, allowance and usage counts.
• If you pay: your Stripe customer reference. Card details go to Stripe and never reach us.

We use this to provide the service (contract) and to prevent abuse of the free trial (legitimate interests). We keep account data while your account is open and for up to 6 years after, as required for accounting records.

The waitlist

Before RouteSheet opens, you can leave your email address and, if you like, your company name. We use them only to tell you when RouteSheet opens (legitimate interests), and delete them 12 months after launch if you haven't signed up. Ask us to remove you at any time.

Who else handles data

• Google (Maps Platform): the origin and destination of each journey, to calculate the route.
• Supabase: our database and sign-in provider.
• Vercel: hosts the website.
• Stripe: payments and invoices.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, transfers are covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.

Cookies

We only use cookies needed to keep you signed in. No analytics or advertising cookies, so there's no cookie banner.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email routesheet@premier-ltd.com. If you're unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
